Movements will be simple and easy to manage, so that you can create a tempo that works best for you. Shifting your focus to breathing and understanding the moment as well as your body's purpose. The GOAL is for you to see that with a little focus and time any and everything is POSSIBLE!
30-45 Min Hatha Yoga Session with @Yogi_DianaCeleste
You will be guided through a 45-minute Hatha practice designed to open your Anahata Chakra, the heart. During this practice we will focus on mind+body+breath connection to increase your capacity for unconditional love and bridge the gap between your earthly and spiritual aspirations. Dive into what is blocking you from transcendence… the EGO. Anahata Chakra being led by the element of air, will be the base of the exploration of your practice leading you to your intended-self discovered in Savasana.
