KBuddah Training is following the current Covid-19 guidelines and is not running normal training schedules. However, we have been working hard to keep the KBuddah Community positive and active with at-home workouts and planning for creative options for when restrictions lift and the weather improves. 35 minute Zoom Personal Training Sessions with Khris for individuals or small groups plus access to private KBuddah Gang Facebook Group.
Currently running at 12:30 pm on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays for kids 6-10. 20 minutes of movement and 15 minutes of health, nutrition and wellness.
KBuddah can bring the gym to you! Khris will bring the appropriate equipment and sanitizing supplies with him and respect the CDC social distancing guidelines with your workout.
Let KBuddah help you create your at-home gym . Khris will come to your home and help you figure out how to make the most of your space and figure out the best equipment so you can be more motivated by your at-home gym whether it's for Zoom training or for your own workouts. Khris can even build workout routines for you.
Khris offers in-home sessions using these state-of-the-art recovery tools. This technique helps with tightness and range of motion. It also improves recovery time from injuries, improves circulation, removes scar tissue, and encourages healthy muscle growth. Common areas include back, ankles, knees and shoulders.
Khris will bring with him all of the equipment, including table, tools, gloves, mask and sanitizing supplies.
